Glyphosate has been linked to probable carcinogenicity, endocrine disruption, kidney and liver damage, reproductive health problems and neurological effects.  In addition to the threat on the health of humans, it poses a greater threat to aquatic life and river ecosystems. The continuous use of glyphosate also mean groundwater quality will be at risk and the damage could be irreversible.
